This is a small, local-first tool. There is no ticket system and no way for us to retrieve an image you cleaned — because we never received it.
Write to hello@removemetadatafromimage.com for:
- A bug (browser, file type, a tag that survived — describe the format, not the secret prompt)
- A question about privacy or these pages
- Press or linking to the free cleaner
Do not email original photos that contain GPS or private prompts unless you have already cleaned them and still need to describe a technical failure. We do not need the picture to explain C2PA.
What we cannot do by email
- Manually strip a file for you (use the homepage — it is free)
- Guarantee Instagram will never show a Made with AI label from its own visual model
- Recover a download you did not save (keep the cleaned file on your device)
